Melissa Duncan and Jihan Gabart started SoMypolar, a Non-Profit organization that services the Mental Health community. After Melissa's Bipolar1 diagnosis, she knew there was more she could do with her story. Jihan can speak to the power of support, advocacy, caregiving and what it can do for anyone trying to manage and thrive with mental illness. 

A Bipolar mind is a terrible thing to waste!
